1. How Long with my Clutch Bag take to make?

Each lettering is cut to order and applied by hand, once bonded each lettering requires 24hours to set for an ultimate bond - this ensures lettering will not drop off.

Due to our bespoke service, please allow up to 4 business days for your clutch bag to be hand personalised.

3. I've made an error with my order, how long do I have to fix it? 

For all errors concerning your order, such as product, personalisation options, billing and shipping address -  Please contact Lunets SAME DAY of purchase via email or contact form.

4. How should I clean and take care of my bag? 

Each Lunets Bag is made from hand-poured Acrylic should not be cleaned with any solvents containing ammonia, acetone, carbon tetrachloride or traces of petrol/methylated spirits - Contact with any solvent containing these ingredients with cause potential clouding and possible cracking; Because of this we do not recommend cleaning your clutch bag with any solvent - only with warm water with a non-abrasive microfibre cloth that is lint free. Before making cloth contact with your bag, ensure that the surfaces are clean and free from dirt or abrasive particles. 

After cleaning and/or inbetween using your bag, store in a Lunets Satin drawstring bag in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

5. My bag has arrived damaged and/or faulty - What now? 

If your clutch bag arrives damaged due to unforeseen reasons, Please contact via email info@lumets.com.au attaching images of your bag and a team member will assess your enquiry.

6. My personalised lettering has fallen off - Can they be replaced? 

 Yes Absolutely - Please contact us with images of your accessory and our support team will be happy to help!

7. What is Cruelty Free about my Clutch Bag?

Certified by PETA, All Lunets products do not contain any animal-based products and are therefore considered Animal Cruelty-Free. 

Each Clutch Bag is made from hand-poured Acrylic, internally lined with polyester and personalised with Acrylic lettering - each material is officially recognised as  vegan by PETA.
